D-Company-linked Zaheerabad rowdy-sheeter Syed Abid Hussain @ Ali Don has been apprehended by Hyderabad’s Commissioner’s Task Force, Golconda Zone & Gudimalkapur Police along with Mohammed Amjed. Police seized a country-made pistol, magazine, 6 live rounds and 3 mobile phones. Abid has a criminal history involving murder, kidnapping, extortion, threats & Arms Act cases.
Police allege Abid obtained the pistol for ₹45,000 from Sahil, an absconding accused from Haryana/Punjab, and later handed it to Amjed for safe custody. A case was booked under the Arms Act. Abid is also wanted in a Zaheerabad Town PS case and has been absconding since the offence.
