Hyderabad: A massive fire broke out at a chemical godown in the industrial area in Medchal on the suburbs on Thursday night. The flames reportedly spread to neighbouring industrial units, sending thick clouds of smoke into the sky.
Fire fighters rushed to the spot and launched efforts to bring the blaze under control using multiple fire engines. Further details, including the cause of the fire and the extent of damage, were yet to be known.
